I am feeling overwhelmed. I've been in a flare since October. I also have Crohn's along with AS and they're saying lupus, too. Trying so hard, I am dedicated to PT but that is all I can do. I do water therapy but between getting there and the therapy, those are the only days I can get out of bed. We had been trying Actemra, it was like I was on nothing. Now I just started Rituxan infusions but they're saying 3 months before we'll know. I just feel like there's no light at the end?

I went to a physiotherapy clinic today due to the feeling of rotation and unbalance. They said I have a good range of motion but they were not able to catch the rotation that I have. Does anyone else have a similar experience? And Is there any clinic that observes wrong use of muscles in doing movements requires strength and teaches the right way?

Started with PT today I am hoping this will help with pain management and get me off of some of my meds, has anyone had any success with PT?

Ever get tired of getting diagnosed with something vague? 3 new ones in 2 weeks to include idiopathic distal neuropathy (switching from enbrel to humira), food allergies & arthritis of the foot. Elimination diet, PT and med changes. Stressful!
