Tools that help Track: I was wondering if anyone else uses any form of tracking to help follow patterns? I was on way to much pills so I made a wellness journal, filled with simple questions, a body chart of front and back to circle the pain areas, sleep / nap schedule, scale of pain, mood, stress, fatigue level, even weather icons to keep track of the weather. All in all at the end of 6 months I was able to stop about 6 types of meds & had an action plan to present to my MD's anyone else?

Do you keep an AS diary? If you do, what type of stuff do you record? What conclusions have you been able to draw from your diary? Did you show your diary to your doc?
