Hi, I suffer from pronation and supination all over my body. Recently I started feel different when I take a shower with hot water. My legs below my knees sense extra hot, I can bear with it tho. Does any have a similar experience?

Does anyone else get HOT during the night? If I'm not waking up from pain, I'm waking up feeling incredibly hot and thirsty. I sometimes sweat, but I never seem to have an actual fever when this happens.
