First, I want to say thank you for the thinning hair suggestions. I have to update my profile pic but I also go it cut short with layers and it looks like I have more hair! When I'm tired, especially at night I have uncontrollable movements in my hands. Right now, as I type this, I'm making terrible mistakes because my other fingers are "revolting". Anyone else have this kind of thing?

Just having a moan here as you guys will understand, out for lunch today and as soon as I got there, was just like someone letting the air out a tyre, more and more tired, pain started at neck and worked its way down. Managed to get home in time to take pain meds and to bed- so frustrating and annoying?

I am exhausted, I thought I was getting better but I can't get moving again and the pain is coming back. Pain killers make me sick now. Anyone taking Enbrel - do you ever feel completely free from pain and can you do things like normal people and not feel like you are dying afterwards (or you have to sleep for a day to recover)?

I woke up to a very. Bad. Day., pain-wise. The right knee is swollen and pain and everything aches. I feel a bit like a truck hit me. If it were not for the dog I wouldn't have gotten out of bed today. How do you cope on the Very Bad Days?

All my body wants to do is sleep! My sleep patterns are crazy (also have sleep apnea - both central & obstructive). Everything I do wipes me out and I feel exhausted. Docs either blame it on the meds or my various diagnoses. Is AS really fatiguing?
