14 year old male with severe ankylosing spondylitis. 3 month of severe coccyx pain, Doctors wanted me to have an MRI because they where scared that i have bone cancer. They found that my coccyx was curved inwards at 90 degrees. They want me to pass a coccygectomy (removal of the coccyx). I am taking these medications: Naproxen, Humira, Rokacet and tramadex. I was wondering if any of you guys also have coccyx pain?

Has anyone else developed a rash while taking Humira? I have small red bumps all over my arms, chest, back and head. I have only taking one injection so far so I figure this is a reaction but it doesn't hurt it just itches a little so I am trying to deal with it. I have gotten to much relief from the medication to let this side effect cause me to stop. I was just wondering if anyone else had this and if so what did you do? Thanks in advance.

I am 24 hours into taking my first Humira injection and have a question. I started feeling relief about 4-6 hours after the shots and now I am starting to get bad pains in my legs a back that are a constant throbbing. Is this normal and something that will stop over time or is a reaction? It is not horrible pain its just something that is keeping me awake right now.

Finally after 10 years of trying all kinds of other medications and nothing working my insurance company has given in and today is the day I receive my first injections of Humira. I really hope this works as it has been a long long struggle with this. Wish me luck?
OK so I am finally getting my first injections of Humira on Friday. I paid $100 co-pay. This does not seem to be very high except the fact my other meds are already in the $200-$300 range every month. Not to count all the doctors office co-pays. I have insurance through my wife and we have a family of 5, however due to the disease and other diseases I am unable to work at this time. Does anyone know of any programs that might be able to help with co-pays or doctor visits? Thanks in advance -PJ

Can someone provide a link or a copy of the diet they use for Crohn's and AS? I have Googled this many times and come up with confusing answers about what we can and cannot eat. I would like to know from someone who has one or both of these diseases and actually eats this way. I have tried some of the things I found on Google and sometimes it made my pain worse, don't know if I didn't wait long enough before giving in or if it just didn't work for me.

I have Crohn's and A.S. But have yet to start taking Humira. I am suppose to start it in the next few weeks. I have been on extremely strong narcotics (dilaudid and others) for the pain associated with both diseases. Has anyone that has been on Humira been able to either stop or lower their doses of pain meds? When I am taking high doses of prednisone I don't have to use as much pain medication but once I am off I fall right back into the same pain routine.

I was diagnosed with AS last April and have just spent 11 days in the hospital being diagnosed with Crohns. Both gastro and rheumatologist feel they are related. I had to go off Humeria 6 months ago due to too many side effects so now I am going to try Remicade. Also off Celebrex. Am now on Enecort and Asacol. Anyone have the same issues and how has the Remicade worked?

Hi, I've recently been diagnosed with AS but also suffer from Crohns. Was wondering if anyone else has the same symptoms? AS pain hits my neck, chest area, and lower back but also now I'm having pain behind my knees and also my Achilles heel is terrible. I start humira on Tuesday.
