I have had Ankylosing Spondylitis since 1989 and have found that Prednisone helped big time! Is it possible for Idiopathic Thrombocytopebia Purpura be linked to the Ankylosing Spondylitis? I was 13 in 1989 and 22 when I was Dx'ed with ITP back in 1997. Just trying to configure these two factors before heading forward to my next step. Both are in the group for Supressed Immune Diseases, at least I think. Anyway, could it be possible that the two are linked?

Not really a question, but some assistance. I have had great success with Remethan 100r. Active ingredient is Diclofenac Sodium. NOT Potassium. You need a prescription in Melbourne for this. I take 1 in the morning and i feel great until 8-9pm.

I've been thinking about getting a tens unit. Anyone tried it and what are your results? I was doing so well until going back to work. I work at UPS and it involves heavy lifting and is very strenuous. I'm looking for an alternative to pain meds. I try not to rely on the pain meds but I am on Enbrel. Thanks!

I have just had my MRI results back and the rheumatologist who originally told me she suspected I had AS, has not explained what these results mean to me. I will type them up below, and if anyone knows what it means or if it is likely to be AS, please let me know as I am confused and am at a standstill. Thanks in advance. Claudia Results: There is loss of the normal cervical lordosis. There is reduction in signal within the intervertebral discs from C2 to C5in keeping with a degree of?

Spread this like wildfire! Over a decade of AS and still very healthy. I've emailed him a few question to learn more. Do spare a moment to look at his videos and take advantage! www.facebook.com/AnkylosingSpondylitisAdvice www.youtube.com/watch?v=kKK4Kw_yp24&feature=plcp
