Its days like today that make hope go right out the window! I'm In so much pain its unreal! How do you get through days like today when all you feel like doing is giving up?

Has anyone had to downsize their house? For the past year every time I have several bad days in a row I panic and think we should downsize to a free standing Condo. I am driving myself and husband crazy. Our house is 2100 sq ft on two levels and then we have the basement also. I love my yard and house but it takes up so much of our time that we have no free time. Help, I need some advise from the people that truly know what I go through every day. Thanks

Does anyone else feel so bad in the mornings as though their whole body is crushing down on Organs.I feel as though my organs are all screaming out to me?
I am sure this question has been asked before, but is anyone so tired that they can barely function? I started Humira 1 month ago and it eliminated all of my pain. While I am thankful for that result, I could really use a solution for the chronic fatigue. Can anyone tell me what has helped them get through these tiring times?

Hi everyone, I have just found out I have AS I have had problems as far back as when I was 20 years old and now I'm 38 . I have such itchy ears and can't help scratching and then they are too sore to sleep and lay on. What with my back being too sore to sleep and my hips and shoulders clicking also have other itchy areas . Am I the only one that has itchy Orifices?
Today the exhaustion wins I cant hardly wiggle dreading the drive home from work uggghhh the pain has been intense the last two days but the weather is crazy and going to get crazier. 55 degrees at 7:30 this morning by 5:00 pm 37 degrees then on Sunday 57 then snow on Monday evening into Tuesday. Times like this are exhausting wishing all well?

I stopped taking doxepin after 8 or so years. I took it for insomnia. After about 2 months, my feelings of wellbeing got so much better. I have accepted my illnesses. I no longer beat myself up about not being able to do something. I just take care of what I can. I fold a load of clothes or do the dishes and reward myself w something I like to do(weaving). I feel so much better about myself?
