<title>Question: Hi there, has anyone any help for sleeping through the night? I haven't had more than about 3 hours straight for over three months now. The pain is too much to lie in bed so it's either broken painful sleep from then on, or i just have to get out of bed. I'm 35 and have only been having severe pain for 6 months. Not diagnosed as yet, but my brother has AS, i'm RLA B27+ and the symptoms seem to line up. I'm meeting my rheumy next week to arrange MRI. Lack of sleep and pain are my problems. </title>

<title>Question: What do you do for the pain when you're at home and sitting down like watching TV or reading? What do you do in bed to help the pain? I can't lay flat so that's not even an issue but when I do on my side my hip hurts, my chest has started to hurt and not to be graphic but my nipple on that side has started to hurt, and if I'm on the side too long that hand/arm goes numb. What heating packs have you found work for you? Hand held massager recommendations?</title>
