<title>Question: Tools that help Track: I was wondering if anyone else uses any form of tracking to help follow patterns? I was on way to much pills so I made a wellness journal, filled with simple questions, a body chart of front and back to circle the pain areas, sleep / nap schedule, scale of pain, mood, stress, fatigue level, even weather icons to keep track of the weather. All in all at the end of 6 months I was able to stop about 6 types of meds &amp; had an action plan to present to my MD's anyone else?</title>
