<title>Question: Was dx by dr with AS. Rheumy said it was hip bursitis before he even looked at me. Waiting for an MRI and new rheumy. With strong family history of AS, it's not a huge surprise that I would have it. Yesterday, when I was sitting down, I closed my eyes, and instantly got dizzy. It hasn't gone away and I've been feeling mildly seasick ever since. Add that to the ringing in my ears I've had for weeks, I'm starting to wonder what else could be going on. Any thoughts?</title>

<title>Question: I have dizzy spells, whenever I have a severe AS flare. What happens is-when I stand up or change position of my head, my blood pressure goes very high. Then plummets back to normal. This is called orthostatic hypertension. Anyone else have this?</title>

<title>Question: Did anyone else at anytime in their lives especially when they were young experience dizzy spells that rendered them almost unconscious? I had quite a few and one made me fully pass out. The only way to get through them was taking deep breaths.</title>
