I lived in Indonesia for a long time ( I am from California) and a few years ago you could buy a great 'obat cina' called 'Sido Waras - Flu Tulang'  - it was the BEST - much better than any NSAIDS.  I took it for years with no side effects, then the government shut down their factory.  I don't know if you can still get it, but if you can, take it.  I have taken diclofenac for over 10 years, morning and evening. It won't make you 'more terrible,' but it can hurt your stomach if you take it when your stomach is empty.  If you have a strong digestive system and take it on a full stomach then you should be ok.  muscle relaxants help too, especially at night.  if you have bad pain you can buy tramadol at most small pharmacies without a prescription - but you might ask your parents to buy this - I don't think most pharmacists will sell it to a kid.  Don't take more than one or two per day as it is habit forming (ketagihan).  Try to stay active every day, stretch, exercise and swim every day if you can.  Salam sehat.

Are you able to see a Rheumatologist?  I take Naproxen when I first wake up and again at night.  I tired to take them 12hrs apart and it controls my flare ups pretty good.  I am also on Oxycodone, Soma, Gabapentin and a few other meds that help with pain.  I've had 2 back surgeries so I know a lot about pain and my joints all grind and hurt all the time.  I would do what you can to get into a family dr or rheumatologist and explain your issues.  I haven't worked for 18months and don't have ins but my hospital does a sponsorship thing where they pay for your visits.  Depending on where you live, call your local hospital and see if they have a similar program.  You will never be fully pain free and that's what sucks about AS.  I have days where all I can do is lay in bed and it sucks.  Just talk to your doctor and see about getting help with bills. Good Luck!
