I slept on one for years, the reason I got rid of it was because it was not firm enough.

I slept on one from about age 20 to age 30, when my neck was so strained from lying in the cradle-like position that I had to have jaw surgery (the physical therapist said this was the case) .  The joint was so wasted away in my jaw that the ligaments & tendons were stretched out with no elasticity left.  Later the rheumatologist said it was simply the first casualty of my AS.  That caused a headache for two years before the surgery.  Then, after I had two babies, the REAL misery began!

I slept on one from 1978 to 2002. It was wonderful and we moved it from three different locations over the  years. The only reason we still dont sleep on it is because I broke my back and was not able to climb out of it without hurting the back.

I loved climbing into the heated bed and the softness of the water.
