Tina

I stopped taking doxepin after 8 or so years. I took it for insomnia. After about 2 months, my feelings of wellbeing got so much better. I have accepted my illnesses. I no longer beat myself up about not being able to do something. I just take care of what I can. I fold a load of clothes or do the dishes and reward myself w something I like to do(weaving). I feel so much better about myself?

Great attitude! Some of the drugs out there mess with people and with others they work great! That is thing with AS it seems to constantly be changing learning to accept it live with it and work with is one of the best medicines, it gives you a better grip on living with it. With it ever changing you have to be aware and make the changes as needed always discussing your meds and things you want to try or to eliminate. So glad to hear another positive attitude second one on here in a weeks time! Keep it up take care and you are so RIGHT pace and reward! God Bless
